  1. My wife & I love a good slice (or 3) of pizza. When we were in NYC earlier this year, we ate pizza at Patzeria and Artichoke Basille’s near the High Line. I had been to Patzeria at the old location years ago and fortunately it was still really good. Next time I visit NYC, I’ll make it to Brooklyn and check out Roberta’s. Thanks for the tip.

    1. @Dave: I’m a huge Artichoke Basille fan. Some of my friends don’t like it because it’s not traditional New York pizza, but I don’t care. I think it’s delish! 🙂

      1. So…which pizza do you prefer — Artichoke Basille’s or Roberta’s? Or is there an even better 3rd option you can share? We’re perfectly happy with good ol’ thin crust sausage & mushroom or pepperoni pizza.

          1. Wow, Roberta’s must have some really good pizza! Artichoke’s was pretty good. I look forward to grabbing a few slices of pizza at Roberta’s next time I’m in the area. Thanks.

  2. Mm, all of these dishes look absolutely delicious! It’s so much fun to explore new dining areas, especially if you’re in a new place. It sounds like you really enjoyed your experience! Very cool! Thanks so much for sharing!

I love your post.. All pictures are really amazing. I am a big fan of pizza. There are so many great places to eat but I really want to visit Bushwick. These all sound like tasty, affordable options!
