Campaign: I worked with England Originals, a company promoting tourism in historic destinations around England, on a press trip campaign where I visited London, Chester, Lancaster, and Carlisle. The goal was to promote this itinerary through blog and social media content.
Deliverables: I created one blog post for Jessie on a Journey (also syndicated on Epicure & Culture), one video (shared across Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram), daily trip shares across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and sharing of the published blog post across Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Here are a few sample share links:
Results: The blog post received 581 pageviews (and counting) within the first three months of being published, with 468 people sharing directly from the post, as you can see in the screenshot above.
Moreover, the video received over 1,230 views.
On social media, the shared content received:
Instagram – 5,989+ likes and 470+ comments
Instagram Stories – 8,665 impressions; 106 engagements/actions taken from story posts
Facebook – 20,648+ reach; 2,043 engagements/actions taken from Facebook posts
Twitter – 33,276+ impressions; 1,528 engagements/actions taken from Tweets
