From Surrealism To Cerealism: Photographer Uses Cereal To Create Quirky Landscape Art

While most people think of cereal as something to eat for breakfast, one man sees its potential for landscape art. Photographer Ernie Button is passionate about using different cereals to create unworldly landscapes and bizarre scenes.

“The cereal aisle has become a cornucopia of colors with marshmallows that resemble people and objects and characters from movies,” Button told news.com.au. “It’s apparent that cereal is not just food anymore; it’s playtime.”

In the supermarket, he can hear the colorful oats and grains calling out to him, telling him what great portraits and props they would make for his photographs.
