Tingly Tactics For Overcoming Your Fear Of Flying [ASMR Video]

In this week’s Travel ASMR video I’m coming to you live from my apartment in Brooklyn, New York. We’ll be focusing on overcoming your fear of flying through tingly tactics for airplane relaxation. Even though I fly often, I still get anxious about it sometimes. It helps me to have activities — such as the ones shown in the above video — to occupy my mind and slow my heart rate.

Some ASMR triggers used in this video include soft speaking, tapping, scratching, crinkling and shower sounds (my boyfriend was showering in the next room while I was filming!).

This soft spoken video showcases actual advice for overcoming a fear of flying and relaxing on a plane. Therefore while I hope the ASMR quality puts you to sleep, my second goal is to help you learn something practical for your travels. Watching this video before or during a flight is also helpful!

What Is ASMR?

If you’ve never seen an autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) video before it may be a bit weird at first, as ASMR is a phenomenon not everyone experiences; however, those of us who do know how powerful it can be for stress relief, inducing sleep and relaxation through whisper / soft speaking, gentle touches and tingle-worthy sounds.
